Responsibilities:

  • 1. Engage with prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and over the phone.
  • 2. Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations based on their requirements.
  • 3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • 4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to potential customers to drive sales.
  • 5. Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • 6. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals.
  • 7. Utilize sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales, to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.
  • 9. Collaborate with other team members, such as sales managers, marketing personnel, and customer service representatives, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • 10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • 11.Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • 2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • 3. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • 4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • 5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
  • 6. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • 7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • 8. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Reporting

  • 1. This job requires reporting to the channel partner as well as the channel manager of the company.
  • 2. We have zero tolerance policy towards compliances.
