END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using our software or service. By using the software or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

• License Grant : Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software or service for your personal or business use, in accordance with the intended purpose of the software or service.
• Intellectual Property : Intellectual Property: The software or service and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors. You acknowledge that no ownership or proprietary rights are transferred to you under this EULA.
• Restrictions: You agree not to : a. Copy, distribute, or modify the software or service, except as expressly permitted by this EULA. b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. c. Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the software or service. d. Use the software or service for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose. e. Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this EULA to any third party without our prior written consent.
• Advanced predictive analytics : AI technologies can leverage historical data to predict future financial outcomes, cash flow projections, and customer behavior. This allows accountants to make data-driven predictions and optimize financial strategies, aiding in better financial planning and resource allocation.
• Privacy : Your use of the software or service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the software or service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Termination : This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software or service and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
• Disclaimer of Warranty : THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• Limitation of Liability : TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
• Governing Law : This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
• Entire Agreement : This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the software or service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
• Severability : If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By using our software or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this EULA, you should not use the software or service.
