Terms of Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for AMS Marketing Solutions Accounting Software

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods : We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our official website.
  • Subscription Plans : Our accounting software is offered on an annual subscription basis. One can choose the Payment flexibility as offered through their card issuer bank of the selected plan.
  • Payment Due Date : Payments are due on the date specified in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
  • Automatic Renewal : Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the subscriber. The renewal fees will be charged to the customer as per applicable plan.

Refund Policy

  • 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee : We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our software, you may request a full refund within 15 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refund Eligibility : To be eligible for a refund, the subscriber must not have availed free trial period.
  • Refund Process : Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team via email. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Procedure : Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Prorated Refunds for Mid-Cycle Cancellations : If a subscriber cancels their subscription before the end of a billing cycle, However, no Refund will be applicable for prorated period and data of customer will be retained on software for a period of upto 10 years for access/download.
  • Post-Cancellation Access : After cancellation, subscribers will have access to the software for the purpose of downloading the data till 10 years.

Changes to Terms

  • Notification of Changes : Any changes to these terms will be communicated to subscribers through email or notifications on our official website.
  • Effective Date : Changes to terms will be effective 30 days from the date of notification. By using our accounting software, you agree to abide by these terms of payment, refund, and cancellation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.
